Shift Leader at Firehouse Subs; assist the General Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts, deploy team members and delegate tasks to complete daily procedures with 100% integrity, lead other crew to deliver excellent guest service, manage inventories and ordering, ensure cleanliness and efficiency, and support training and advancement opportunities for staff.
Required Qualifications
- Must obtain Food Handlers license in first 30 days
- Able to learn menu with perfection
- Able to lift 30+ pounds
- Able to work on your feet for several hours
- Move quickly and think fast
- Lead other to perform at expected levels
- Develop crew to become leaders
- Perform inventories, order trucks, organize and clean
