Firecrackers Performance Jump Rope Team: Assistant Coach

Conduct daily jump rope drills, design conditioning circuits, and manage roster assignments for the Firecrackers Performance Jump Rope Team. Monitor athlete progress during practices, provide technical feedback on form and technique, and organize team events or competitions. Maintain equipment inventory and communicate with parents regarding attendance and safety protocols. This role supports the head coach in developing junior athletes' endurance and coordination within the youth sports organization.
