Job Summary
Assist customers in choosing firearms and ammunition, explaining product features, differences, and safe usage while providing honest recommendations. Conduct background checks for all purchases, stock and organize inventory, and maintain accurate records and documentation. Ensure every transaction is conducted safely, legally, and ethically by adhering to federal, state, and local regulations. Monitor inventory levels and support ATF inspections or internal compliance checks. This role offers competitive pay between $17.00 and $20.00 depending on experience, with opportunities for career growth and sales experience within a family-owned business.
