Job Summary
Greet customers in the Sporting Goods Department while assisting with sales and answering service questions. Price merchandise and adjust inventory levels as directed by management. Stock shelves, receive freight, and organize incoming products. Perform cycle counts and maintain store readiness for ATF or internal audits. Train staff on A&D log requirements, 4473 filing procedures, and identification verification. Ensure accurate recording of firearm sales, including multiple handgun transactions and proper handling of denied or corrected forms. Identify when to refuse sales and explain straw sale protocols. Hourly pay ranges from $16.50 to $17.50 based on experience. Candidates must be 21 with a pistol permit.
