Firearms Specialist

Firearms Specialist in-store expert for firearms and ammunition sales. Educate customers on firearm functionality and safety, assess customer needs, recommend products, and drive sales. Handle local/state/federal firearm paperwork, operate Point of Sale and DNR licensing systems, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws to protect the store's firearms handling and inventory. Receive merchandise, understand return/service policies, build planograms, and promote store initiatives and loyalty programs. Requires ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; must meet age and background check requirements for firearms sales.
