Job Summary
Manage the firearms department by evaluating collateral, merchandising inventory, and driving profitability through buying, selling, and loaning. Complete all 4473 forms and ensure strict compliance with ATF guidelines and federal/state regulations. Train team members on proper handling and transactions while meeting or exceeding financial targets. Establish respectful customer relationships and maintain the store's FFL status. Requires vast firearms knowledge, experience with long guns and pistols, and strong negotiation skills.
