Job Summary
Greet customers promptly, handle merchandise with care, and provide information and direction to assist with buying decisions. Identify customer needs, make product recommendations, and promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC, and in-store pickup. Complete 4473 Forms thoroughly, demonstrate products, and organize the gun counter and store merchandise. Replenish shelves per guidelines, maintain pricing accuracy, and assist with seasonal floor moves. Remain an expert through ongoing training while keeping work areas clean and stocked. Perform these duties while standing and walking constantly, lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, and working in noisy environments. Enjoy discounts on retail merchandise, restaurants, and resorts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in Retail
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Product knowledge of Firearms and Ammunition
- Knowledge in ATF Federal and State Regulations
- Customer Service and Sales of Firearms and Ammunition
- GCA
- Ability to Merchandise and Stock Merchandise
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds or more
- Must be able to operate motor vehicles or heavy equipment
- Must be able to work in tight and confined spaces
- Must be able to work in noisy environments
