Job Summary
Greet customers promptly, handle merchandise with care, and provide assistance and direction while maintaining Counter Sales and Customer Service for Firearms. Identify customer needs, make product recommendations, and promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC, and in-store pickup. Ensure 4473 Forms are completed thoroughly, demonstrate products, and organize the Gun Counter merchandise. Replenish shelves per guidelines, maintain pricing and signing, assist with seasonal floor moves, and keep work areas clean and stocked. Remain knowledgeable of advertised sales and company policies. Part-time role with discounts on retail merchandise, restaurants, resorts, and conservation attractions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in Retail
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Product knowledge of Firearms and Ammunition
- Knowledge in ATF Federal and State Regulations
- Customer Service and Sales of Firearms and Ammunition
- GCA
- Ability to Merchandise and Stock Merchandise
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds or more
- Must be able to operate motor vehicles or heavy equipment
