Job Summary
Firearms Sales Outfitter at Bass Pro Shops — full-time role responsible for counter and floor sales of firearms and hunting merchandise, delivering world-class customer service, greeting customers, identifying needs, making product recommendations, promoting programs (CLUB, VOC, in-store pickup), ensuring 4473 forms are completed, maintaining product knowledge, merchandising and restocking, and supporting seasonal merchandise moves. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 0-2 years retail experience, and being 21+ with knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and ATF regulations. Full benefits and equal opportunity employer.
