Firearms Sales Outfitter - Full Time

The Firearms Sales Outfitter assists customers at the gun counter with product recommendations and buying decisions, maintains counter and floor merchandise, ensures 4473 forms are completed, stays knowledgeable about firearms and ammunition and related regulations, promotes store programs (e.g., CLUB memberships, in-store pickup), and provides a world-class customer service experience. The role requires greeting customers, handling merchandise, keeping the sales area organized, staying current on sales and promotions, and following company policies and procedures. The position demands product knowledge, compliance with ATF and GCA regulations, and the ability to operate in a retail environment with occasional physical tasks (standing for long periods, lifting up to 100 pounds with team help).
