Job Summary
Greet customers promptly and handle merchandise with care while providing information and assistance. Identify customer needs to make product recommendations and promote programs including CLUB membership and in-store pickup. Complete 4473 Forms thoroughly, demonstrate products, and organize the sales counter and shelves per guidelines. Replenish inventory, assist with seasonal floor moves, and maintain a clean, well-stocked work area. Remain knowledgeable of advertised sales, pricing, and signing while following all company policies. Minimum high school diploma required with 0-2 years retail experience; must be 21 years or older. Starting pay rate $18.00 - $20.75. Enjoy discounts on retail merchandise, restaurants, resorts, and conservation attractions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in Retail
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Product knowledge of Firearms and Ammunition
- Knowledge in ATF Federal and State Regulations
- Customer Service and Sales of Firearms and Ammunition
- GCA
- Ability to Merchandise and Stock Merchandise
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds or more occasionally
- Must be able to work in noisy environments
- Must be able to work in tight and confined spaces
- Must be able to operate motor vehicles or heavy equipment
- Must be able to occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.
