Firearms Sales Outfitter at Bass Pro Shops/Cabela's responsible for counter and floor Sales of firearms and hunting merchandise, delivering world-class customer service, identifying customer needs, recommending products, completing 4473 forms, promoting programs (CLUB membership, VOC, in-store pickup), maintaining merchandise presentation, staying knowledgeable on firearms and promotions, and adhering to safety and policy standards. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in Retail
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Knowledge of Firearms and Ammunition
- Knowledge of ATF Federal and State Regulations
- GCA (Gun Control Act) familiarity
