Firearms Sales Outfitter provides counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise, greeting customers, identifying needs, offering product recommendations, promoting programs (CLUB membership, VOC, in-store pickup), and ensuring accurate completion of 4473 forms. The role requires maintaining product knowledge, staying informed about advertised sales, assisting with seasonal floor merchandise moves, keeping the work area organized and stocked, and delivering world-class customer service to create a legendary experience for every customer. Responsibilities include demonstrating products when needed, following all policies, and performing other duties as assigned. Knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and related regulations, along with strong sales and customer service skills, are essential.
