Job Summary
Sales Outfitter for Firearms at Bass Pro Shops provides Counter and Floor sales of firearms and hunting merchandise, delivering world-class customer service by identifying customer needs, recommending products, and guiding purchasing decisions. Responsibilities include completing 4473 forms, demonstrating products, maintaining organized merchandise, staying knowledgeable about sales and promotions, and supporting in-store operations and merchandising. Requires knowledge of firearms and ammunition, ATF regulations, and strong customer service; part-time role with benefits and equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in Retail
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Knowledge of Firearms and Ammunition
- Knowledge of ATF Federal and State Regulations
- Customer Service and Sales of Firearms and Ammunition
