Firearms Sales Full TIme

Sales Outfitter - Firearms is responsible for maintaining Counter Sales and Customer Service for Firearms along with Floor and Counter Sales of other Hunting Merchandise. Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling merchandise, providing information and assistance, and guiding buying decisions. Essential duties include ensuring compliance with 4473 forms, product demonstrations, maintaining firearm and ammunition knowledge, organizing merchandise, and adhering to store policies. The role requires strong customer service, ability to promote programs (e.g., CLUB membership, VOC, in-store pickup), and maintaining a clean, well-stocked work area. Requires 0-2 years retail experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and being 21+ years old; physical requirements include standing, lifting, and operating equipment as needed.
