Job Summary
Firearms Sales Associate at Bass Pro Shops: Provide counter and floor sales, customer service, and product recommendations for firearms and hunting merchandise. Maintain knowledge of firearms regulations (ATF/GCA), ensure 4473 forms are completed, assist with store merchandising, promotions (CLUB membership, VOC, in-store pickup), and uphold Bass Pro Shops’ commitment to world-class service. Role requires high school diploma or equivalent, 0-2 years retail experience, and being 21+ years old; duties include greeting customers, stocking, product demonstrations, pricing/signage, and adherence to company policies. Part-time position with benefits and equal opportunity employment.
