Job Summary
The Firearms Sales Associate is responsible for greeting customers, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with firearms inquiries and purchases. Key duties include ensuring accurate paperwork for sales, demonstrating firearm safety, appraising firearms, and maintaining a professional appearance. Applicants must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, and have a proven ability in customer service and effective communication. This position requires strong attention to detail, a passion for firearms, and the ability to manage sales goals. Associates will engage with customers to facilitate buying decisions and participate in product training.
