Greet and assist customers by identifying their needs, making product recommendations, and promoting programs like CLUB membership and in-store pickup. Handle merchandise with care, organize the sales floor and counter, and replenish shelves per guidelines. Demonstrate firearms and ammunition products, complete 4473 forms accurately, and maintain pricing and signing information. Remain knowledgeable of advertised sales and company policies while assisting with seasonal floor moves. Perform these duties in a retail environment, standing and walking constantly, with occasional ladder use and lifting up to 100 pounds.
