Job Summary
Greet customers promptly, handle merchandise with care, and provide information and direction to assist with buying decisions. Identify customer needs, make product recommendations, and promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC, and in-store pickup. Ensure 4473 Forms are completed thoroughly and accurately, while organizing and maintaining merchandise within the retail store. Replenish product on shelves per guidelines, stay product expert through ongoing training, and assist with seasonal floor moves. Maintain pricing accuracy and keep work areas clean and well stocked. Perform these duties while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in Retail
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Product knowledge of Firearms and Ammunition
- Knowledge in ATF Federal and State Regulations
- Customer Service and Sales of Firearms and Ammunition
- GCA
- Ability to Merchandise and Stock Merchandise
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds or more
- Must be able to operate motor vehicles or heavy equipment
- Must be able to work in noisy environments
- Must be able to work in tight and confined spaces
- Must be able to occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.
