Firearms Sales Associate (Part Time) responsibilities include maintaining counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise, greeting customers, identifying needs, recommending products, promoting programs (e.g., CLUB, in-store pickup), ensuring 4473 forms are completed accurately, demonstrating products, maintaining organized merchandise, staying knowledgeable about firearms and regulations, and supporting seasonal floor merchandise moves. Must be 21+ with knowledge of firearms, ammunition, ATF/GC A regulations, and strong customer service and merchandising skills.
