Job Summary
Firearms Sales Associate at Bass Pro Shops — Part-Time. Responsibilities include counter and floor sales of firearms and hunting merchandise, delivering world-class customer service, assisting customers in buying decisions, completing 4473 forms, promoting CLUB membership and in-store pickup, maintaining merchandise and pricing, ensuring product knowledge, assisting with seasonal floor moves, and adhering to all policies. Requires knowledge of firearms and ammunition, ATF/GCA regulations, and strong customer service skills; minimum 21 years old and HS diploma or equivalent; 0-2 years retail experience; physically able to stand, lift up to 100 lbs with team lift, and work in a retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in Retail
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Knowledge of Firearms and Ammunition
- Knowledge of ATF Federal and State Regulations
- Customer Service and Sales of Firearms and Ammunition
- GCA
- Ability to Merchandise and Stock Merchandise
