Job Summary
Perform service and repairs on Portable Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Hood Systems & Suppression Gas Systems at customer sites. Service, troubleshoot and install various manufacturers including Simplex and ANSUL. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics and manuals. Manage daily service calls and customer activity. Participate in an on-call rotation for Emergency Service. Inspect suppression gas systems per contract requirements. Requires excellent communication, strong organizational and customer-facing problem-solving skills; proficiency with PC software (Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook). Preferred: manufacturer certifications (ANSUL, Kiddie PyroChem) and a valid US driver's license.
