Job Summary
Perform service and repairs on portable fire extinguishers, kitchen hood systems, and suppression gas systems at customer sites. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operation manuals. Manage daily service calls and customer activity, and program system products. Work with clean agent systems, dry chemical systems, and special hazards. Assist customers with questions in a timely, professional manner. Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service. Inspect suppression gas systems based on contract requirements and perform inspections of customer systems. May include government work. Use of smartphones and equipment.

- PC skills including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
