Job Summary

Fire Sprinkler Test & Inspect Technician conducts routine tests and inspections of fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems, documents deficiencies, and prepares inspection reports. Responsible for verifying proper operation, ensuring timely documentation, interfacing with service management and customers, addressing concerns, maintaining truck inventory, adhering to safety policies, and working a full-time on-site schedule in Denver with on-call travel as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of High School/Vocational training
  • Proficient in the use and application of personal computers
  • Working knowledge of test equipment (multimeters, battery analyzers, decibel meters)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Able to clear a drug screening
  • Ability to read and interpret documents in English
  • Must obtain NICET Level I in Inspection and Testing of Fire Alarm Systems within one year
  • Must obtain NICET Level I or equivalent in Inspection and Testing of Water-Based Systems within one year
  • Must obtain and retain any licenses/certifications required by state/local codes
