Job Summary
Install, modify, test, and service sprinkler systems while following design plans and documenting changes. Manage materials, perform minor on-site fabrication, and oversee daily work of other employees assigned to jobs. Maintain proper Risk Management and Safety procedures across all job sites per company policies. Function as the company representative on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards. This full-time role in Memphis, Tennessee offers competitive pay ranging from $30.00 to $40.00 and up, overtime eligibility, and a company vehicle with fuel card. Candidates require two to three years of experience in sprinkler system installation and proficiency in reading plans and safety signage.
Required Qualifications
- Two to three years of experience in installation of sprinkler systems.
- Proficient in following written and verbal instructions, with exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to establish productivity onsite and set goals for employees to meet deadlines.
- Competent in reading plans, documents, meters, and to discern colors for safety signage.

Desired Qualifications
