Fire Sprinkler Service Technician

Job Summary
Service and repair wet and dry fire sprinkler piping systems, including associated pipes, fittings, valves, and sprinkler heads; install repacking kits on OS&Y valves; work with metal and plastic piping (PVC/CPVC); service and repair air compressors and fire pumps; secure piping to structures with clamps, brackets, and hangers; test piping systems for leaks by pressurizing and observing gauges; adhere to safety procedures; must be able to regularly work extended hours and respond to emergency calls outside normal business hours; location-specific roles include Odenton, MD and Ashburn, VA offices; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, flexible spending accounts, PTO/holidays, 401(k) with company match, training and certifications, and referral bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with anti-freeze loops and pre-action systems a plus
- Experience reading and interpreting fire sprinkler installation plans preferred
- Pre-employment Drug Screen, Clean MVR
