Job Summary

Sell fire sprinkler service offerings to commercial and industrial clients in Central Arkansas; conduct site surveys to identify customer needs, develop and maintain an active proposal backlog, build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, and collaborate with internal teams to support company initiatives while aiming to meet annual commission objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in the fire protection industry, preferably in sales or service.
  • Strong prospecting drive and proven ability to close business.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with end users and contractors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to complete pre-employment background, reference, and drug screening.
