Fire Sprinkler Sales Rep/PM

Job Summary
Responsibilities include promoting, estimating and selling fire protection sprinkler systems; establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of fire protection contracts by scheduling sales calls and following up on leads; determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy; close sales to exceed sales plan objectives; develop ongoing relationships with existing and new customers, general contractors and end users; estimate small projects and larger projects ranging from $100k-$1MM+; manage projects as needed (change orders, field issues) and attend job walks/meetings; build new business relationships in fire protection; proficient with reading blueprints and NFPA standards; proficient with Microsoft Office tools; company offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years Fire Sprinkler Estimating/Sales or equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiar with reading blueprints, understanding current NFPA 13, 14, and 20 standards and local codes.
