Job Summary
Fire Sprinkler Sales Rep responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with general contractors, property managers, building owners, and end users; prospect opportunities for fire sprinkler installation, retrofit, service, and inspections; review specifications and site conditions to support accurate estimating; prepare proposals, bids, and contracts; negotiate pricing and scope of work; coordinate with estimating and operations teams; track sales activity and forecast using CRM; stay current on NFPA standards and local codes; collaborate with project managers, designers, and field teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–5 years of experience in fire sprinkler sales or related construction industry sales
- strong understanding of fire sprinkler systems and applicable codes
