Job Summary

Coordinate sprinkler installation projects from planning through closeout by serving as the go-to resource for foremen and field crews to troubleshoot issues and recommend practical next steps. Own customer communication, set clear expectations, and resolve project questions quickly while balancing safety, schedule, quality, and profitability. Build and maintain schedules, coordinate resources, and adjust plans as priorities shift, partnering with designers, fabrication teams, and purchasing to ensure materials and shop drawings are available. Track progress against scope and timeline, escalate risks early, and clear roadblocks that could slow production. Represent Encore professionally with customers, vendors, and partners while maintaining strong relationships through site walks and job meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • At least three years of experience in a project-focused or field leadership role within sprinkler or related specialty trade; HVAC, Plumbing
  • Working knowledge of basic contracts, scope language, and pricing concepts
  • Ability to read and interpret sprinkler shop drawings, hydraulic calculations, construction plans, project specifications, and blueprints
  • Ability to work at heights and lift at least 50 pounds as needed
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within your assigned area
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work directly with sprinkler fitters, foremen, and customers
  • Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple moving projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort using standard business tools such as email, spreadsheets, and basic project or scheduling systems
  • Experience in sprinkler or a related specialty trade; HVAC, Plumbing
  • Familiarity with relevant fire protection and life safety requirements in your region: NFPA 13, NFPA 14, NFPA 20
  • Industry certifications or training related to construction, project management, or fire protection
