Job Summary
Oversee commercial fire sprinkler installations from initial estimating and design review through final handover. Develop detailed project proposals, layout designs, and cost estimates aligned with client specifications. Coordinate cross-functional teams and field personnel to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Solve complex technical challenges on site to maintain project quality and compliance standards. Serve as the key technical advisor for commercial, industrial, and government fire protection initiatives. Build strong relationships with client partners to support ongoing business growth and project success. Required Qualifications
- Background in mechanical systems, fire protection, or fire sprinkler design
- Demonstrated experience preparing proposals, reviewing project drawings, and interpreting specifications
- Proven ability to coordinate field installation workflows and manage project timelines
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel up to 20% to local job sites
Desired Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in fire sprinkler project management or estimating
- Hands-on field installation experience combined with technical estimating knowledge
- NICET Certification
