Job Summary
Develop design and calculations for wet pipe, dry pipe, and foam water-based systems while performing on-site surveys of existing facilities. Identify code issues and discrepancies, create material lists, and order supplies to support field projects. Ensure all required documentation is delivered to customers upon project completion while adhering to State, OSHA, and NFPA regulations. Maintain current certifications and licenses through required continuing education. This role supports FireTech LLC's design-build operations in Missouri and Illinois for commercial, retail, and industrial facilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- Proficient AutoCad
- Nicet III certified
- 5+ years of industry specific experience
- Keep all certifications and licenses current and renewed by completing continuing education as required
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record

- computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Good analytical, communication, and human relations skills
- Capability to work on major project teams
- handle multiple assignments/projects

- Knowledgeable of all regulatory standards pertaining to assigned duties; i.e., State, OSHA, and NFPA regulations, etc
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of HydraTec, 3D, Revit and Navis Works is a plus
- Qualified candidates should be Nicet Certified (preferred)
