Job Summary

Fire Sprinkler Install Technician responsible for installation, service, and repair of fire protection systems (wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, foam) including fire pumps and backflow devices. May allocate work as a team leader, review project drawings, and ensure installation activities meet specifications. Requires 3-5 years of installation/service experience, a state sprinkler journeyman card, and a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 70 lbs, climbing ladders and working in ducts or crawl spaces, with the ability to read blueprints and follow safety procedures. Flexible hours and possible after-hours on-call rotation; company vehicle and tools provided; favorable safety culture; strong communication and organizational skills are desired. The role includes documenting work performed and collaborating with the construction manager to address discrepancies and resource coordination.

Required Qualifications

  • Holds a state sprinkler journeyman card
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Read and understand construction blueprints, diagrams, and specifications used in installation activities
