Job Summary
Inspect, test, install, and service water and air-based fire suppression and controls systems, valves, pipelines, fire pumps and related equipment in commercial healthcare and industrial settings. Requires NICET II or ACE II license and 3+ years of experience with fire sprinkler systems; knowledge of NFPA 10, NFPA 17-17A and fire codes; strong project-management is a plus. Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:00pm with rotating on-call; OT after 40 hours. Compensation: $30–$40/hour, paid weekly, with benefits, 401k match, PTO, and an Employee Ownership Program. Required Qualifications
- NICET II or higher (water-based inspections) or ACE II license required
- At least three (3) years experience install, service, and maintenance experience with a variety of fire sprinkler systems
- Knowledgeable NFPA 10, NFPA 17-17A and fire codes
- Experienced managing projects a strong asset
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
- Able to pass pre-employment background checks (i.e. Criminal, Driving, Drug)
