Job Summary
Field Technician (Inspector) responsible for testing, repairing, and inspecting fixed fire protection systems and documenting deficiencies; must provide exceptional service to internal and external customers. Responsibilities include scheduling inspections, documenting inspections for Eagle Fire records and authorities, communicating discrepancies and necessary repairs, maintaining current certifications/licenses, and ensuring safety in all activities. Requires NICET certification, 4+ years of experience, English fluency, and ability to travel; physical ability to stand, lift, and operate measurement tools. Required Qualifications
- NICET certification
- 4+ years of industry experience
- Fire Sprinkler Service/Inspection experience
- Able to speak, read, and write English fluently
- Has practical knowledge of fire protection codes and standards
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for last 5 years
- Able to stand for long periods and lift/crouch/reach/push/pull
- Able to travel and stay out of town as needed
- Able to operate and efficiently use measuring instruments and gauges
