Fire Sprinkler Inspector

Job Summary
Fire Sprinkler Inspector responsible for the layout, fabrication, installation, repair and maintenance of fixed fire protection systems across multiple facilities. Read blueprints and design specifications to select materials, organize job-site resources, plan sequences to minimize disruption, and communicate changes to the Field Supervisor. Perform pipe cutting, threading, and bending per standards; maintain clean, safe work sites; uphold company reputation; and pursue ongoing certifications/licenses. Requires 2+ years of sprinkler install/service experience (Wet/Dry/Pre-action/Deluge), ability to interpret diagrams, tools proficiency (pipe threader/groover), and valid driver’s license. Willingness to travel and stay out of town as needed; able to work overtime; able to operate in varying temperatures and loud environments; fluency in English; strong customer service skills; and adherence to drug-free and equal-opportunity policies.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of industry experience in Sprinkler Install and Service on Wet, Dry, Pre-action and Deluge systems
- Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and design specifications
- Experience with trade tools and equipment such as pipe threader and groover
- Able to meet state licensing requirements and/or vendor certifications
- Fire Sprinkler Manufacturer’s Certifications
- NICET certification
- Fluent in English, effective communication skills
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for the last 5 years
- Willingness to travel and stay out of town as needed
