Job Summary
Sprinkler Inspector position in Houston, TX responsible for inspecting, testing, and documenting fire sprinkler systems per NFPA standards and local codes. Requires strong attention to detail, ability to read blueprints/technical documents, and effective communication with customers and teams. Responsibilities include performing inspections, identifying deficiencies, completing reports, maintaining schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting service/repair activities while providing professional customer service at client sites.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience inspecting fire sprinkler systems preferred
- Experience in commercial and/or industrial fire protection environments preferred
- Experience with NFPA 25 inspection requirements preferred
- NICET Certification in Water-Based Systems preferred
- Texas Fire Sprinkler Inspector License preferred or ability to obtain
