Job Summary
As a Fire Sprinkler Helper/Fitter, you will assist in the installation of life safety systems while ensuring compliance with local and national codes. Responsibilities include testing, troubleshooting, and repair of installed systems, with a focus on punctuality and service excellence. Maintain accurate records, manage truck inventory, and maintain tools and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Industry experience (preferred)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Good interpersonal skills
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility with scheduling requirements
Desired Qualifications
- NICET certification (to be pursued within the first year of employment)
- Proficiency in the use of test equipment
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Must be flexible for evening, weekend, and/or out-of-town assignments
