Job Summary
Conduct daily site inspections for handling, storing, installing, and testing all materials and system performance. Lead an installation team, manage multiple crews on location, and oversee minor fabrication and change order documentation. Follow designed plans, communicate design changes to fit actual site requirements, and conduct weekly safety meetings. Establish onsite productivity and set goals for employees to meet deadlines. Requires two to three years of experience in fire sprinkler installation, pipefitting, or fire protection codes. Full-time role with $22.00–$32.00+ hourly pay, overtime eligibility, and company vehicle. Located in Greenville, South Carolina.
Required Qualifications
- Two to three years of experience in installation of fire sprinkler systems, pipefitting, or fire protection codes and standards.
- Proficient in following written and verbal instructions, with exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to establish productivity onsite and set goals for employees to meet deadlines.
- Competent in reading plans, documents, and to discern colors for safety signage.
- Eagerness for professional development and growth.
- Ability to pass various background checks.
- Reliable transportation, valid State Driver's License with acceptable driving record for use of company vehicle.

Desired Qualifications
- Pipefitter Apprentice Program (Levels 1-4) with Journeyman certification
- First AID/CPR Certification.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Arkansas - AR State Fitters license or minimum of 4 years of experience in installation of fire sprinkler systems, pipefitting, or fire protection codes and standards.
