Job Summary
Conduct routine service and maintenance of fire sprinkler and standpipe systems, including flow tests, hydrostatic tests, and main drain inspections. Operate rigid power machinery to thread and groove pipe while accurately completing all field paperwork and reporting accidents or customer complaints immediately. Manage time on-site and on-road, interface with customers to explain work and address concerns, and remain available for off-hour emergency calls per the assigned on-call schedule. Requires 3–5 years of related experience, OSHA training, and Backflow Preventer certification. Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years related fire sprinkler installation and service experience
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Demonstrate integrity, honesty
- Mechanical skills and aptitude
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening
- MVR checks
