Fire Sprinkler Foreman

Job Summary
Lead field crews (2–5 technicians) in layout, installation, repair, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems (wet/dry/pre-action/deluge). Plan daily activities, assign tasks, and ensure efficient use of manpower and materials. Make on-the-spot decisions to keep projects on schedule while maintaining safety and quality. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications for accurate installation; coordinate material needs, deliveries, and job sequencing to minimize disruption to customer operations. Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and company procedures; maintain clean, professional job sites; communicate effectively with supervisors, customers, and team members to resolve issues quickly. Requires proven experience leading sprinkler installation or service crews, 10+ years in the fire protection trade, strong leadership, ability to read drawings, and a valid driver’s license; willingness to travel and overtime. NICET certification and/or manufacturer certifications preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in the fire protection trade
- experience running sprinkler installation or service crews (typically 2-5 people)
- ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- strong leadership and decision-making skills with ability to work independently
- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- read and interpret blueprints/schematics/specifications
- familiarity with fire protection codes and standards
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- willingness to travel and work overtime as needed
- NICET certification and/or manufacturer certifications preferred
