Job Summary
Lead and supervise fire sprinkler installation crews on job sites, coordinating daily work activities and ensuring installations meet NFPA standards and project specifications. Responsibilities include supervising installers, planning work activities, reading construction drawings, coordinating manpower and materials, conducting safety meetings, inspecting work quality, supporting system testing, and training installers and apprentices.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 5+ years of fire sprinkler installation experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Desired Qualifications
- Previous lead fitter or foreman experience preferred
- NICET certification or trade-related certifications preferred
- Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler installation practices and NFPA standards
