Fire Sprinkler Foreman

Job Summary
Oversee installation, modification, repair, and maintenance of wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge fire sprinkler systems in commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. Read blueprints, shop drawings, and hydraulic calculations to cut, thread, groove, and assemble black iron, steel, and CPVC piping. Install hangers, supports, valves, and sprinkler heads while conducting hydrostatic testing and assisting with inspections. Ensure all work complies with NFPA 13 standards and coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors. Maintain clean job sites, complete daily work reports, and follow OSHA safety policies. Requires RME-1 certification, valid driver's license, and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 70 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working in physically demanding environments
- Must have reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends, as needed
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous construction or mechanical labor experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow within the fire protection trade
