Job Summary
Fire Sprinkler Fitter responsible for laying out, fabricating, assembling, installing, and maintaining piping and piping systems, fixtures, sprinklers, and industrial processing systems. Install pipe fittings, hangers, couplings, and sprinklers per design plan and codes. Complete required weekly paperwork for CFP and coordinate with the General Contractor. Train Fitters and Helpers on installation techniques; produce red-line drawings; communicate design changes and material shortages with designers and field staff; document and report incidents; participate in project and coordination meetings; submit daily progress reports; join a comprehensive benefits program. Education/experience: high school diploma/GED and 3-5 years related experience; pre-employment drug screen; overtime may be required.
