Review construction contract documents to gather project requirements and design fire sprinkler systems using AutoCAD. Perform hydraulic calculations, create material stock lists, and coordinate pipe locations with building components for compliance. Conduct feasibility analyses, resolve design challenges, and perform field surveys while attending project-specific meetings. Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and the field team to ensure smooth execution and maintain detailed design records. Shadow senior members during the first 30 days before taking ownership of assigned projects and attending site visits. Independently manage design responsibilities and meet deadlines by 90 days.
