Job Summary
Evaluate customer needs, write bids using Word and Excel, and close sales for fire sprinkler contract work while interacting with diverse customers and vendors. Maintain and generate business by solving customer issues and streamlining their processes. Establish rapport, build relationships, and manage time effectively to meet results-driven goals. Possess a valid driver's license and complete necessary documentation and administrative duties. This role supports Impact Fire Services, a full-service fire protection company operating 52+ district offices across the USA, providing installation, maintenance, and retrofit solutions for retail, healthcare, education, and restaurant industries.
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience in Fire Protection with a focus on Fire Sprinkler systems
- Experience writing bids proposals (word & excel)
- Ability to establish customer rapport, build business relationships and close sales
- Ability to evaluate customer needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management ability
- Must be able to maintain and generate business
- Must be able to provide quality products
- Must be able to solve customer issues
- Must be able to streamline processes
- Must be able to interact with a wide variety of customers and vendors
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license in accordance with Company guidelines
- Must successfully complete a drug test
- Must successfully complete pre-employment background screening
- Must pass MVR checks
Desired Qualifications
- Design or Project Management experience
- Familiarity with project budgeting
- Knowledge of the local and surrounding geographic market
- Able to complete documentation and administrative duties as necessary
