Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of fire sprinkler construction projects in Northwest Arkansas, including field operations, scheduling, personnel management, and quality assurance, with strict adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and NFPA regulations. Lead, recruit, and train field staff; conduct apprentice and field training programs; manage pre-bid deliverables, labor planning, and subcontract management. Coordinate with design, sales, and operations; monitor project progress at key milestones; ensure accurate labor hour estimates, tool inventories, and compliance with insurance and subcontract requirements. Drive safety initiatives and provide ongoing mentoring to field staff to support growth and retention.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in the fire protection industry (construction or project management preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of NFPA 13 and local building codes
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in project management, scheduling, and labor forecasting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and project management software
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass post-offer drug test, background, and reference checks
