Job Summary
Fire Sprinkler Working Foreman to lead installation crews on commercial/tenant-improvement projects across CA (LA, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino counties). Responsibilities include overseeing a 1–3 person crew, ensuring NFPA 13 compliance and high-quality workmanship, interpreting blueprints and fire codes, coordinating with project managers/design teams, mentoring apprentices, enforcing OSHA safety protocols, and maintaining documentation. Requires travel to multiple job sites using a company vehicle, timely execution, and strong leadership to resolve on-site issues. Travel and overtime may be required; driver’s license and ability to meet driving eligibility are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of fire sprinkler installation experience
- experience in commercial construction or tenant improvement fire protection systems
- working knowledge of NFPA 13 and applicable California fire codes
- valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as part of duties
- read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and fire codes
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
- certifications preferred: California Fire Sprinkler Fitter Certification
