Job Summary
Support Project Managers with day-to-day planning, coordination, and documentation for fire protection projects. Ensure field teams have current drawings, RFIs, submittals, and schedules while assisting with permits, vendor pricing, material deliveries, and fabrication releases. Help track costs, labor, change orders, and project documentation through active participation in meetings and closeout activities. This hands-on role provides exposure to planning, field operations, procurement, and financial tracking under the guidance of experienced leaders. You will gain technical, operational, and administrative skills designed to build a foundation for long-term career growth in construction project management.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or a related environment
- Competency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and professional appearance
- The ability to fit in with our culture of teamwork
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service
- Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and an ability to learn quickly
- Possess a valid driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements
- Interest in construction, mechanical systems, or fire protection
- Successful completion of a drug test
