Job Summary
Assist with installation of fire sprinkler systems under supervision using hand tools and equipment. Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Participate in structured training and apprenticeship program requirements to develop technical skills related to fire sprinkler system installation. Follow all safety procedures and company policies, including adhering to the Code of Conduct and safety policy. Work collaboratively with team members on active job sites and support documentation and reporting processes as directed. Travel to job sites as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be enrolled in Pye-Barker's formal and registered apprentice program
- Ability to follow instructions and complete structured training milestones
- Must have a clean driving record and active driver's license (if driving is required)
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
